Two Green Lemons are Specialist Beverage Developers. They assist Tahlia Farm with the process of creating unique, non-alcoholic beverages. Their drink designs are modern, trendy and all but one dimensional. We tasted with them our way through every product that they developed for us. From premier non-alcoholic temperance’s and mixers, to plant-based tinctures for the discerning drinker, they aim to bring something original to the table.
We use goat cheese from Foxenburg’s cheeses in Wellington. The goat cheese goes very well with our gin tasting and platters.
We use Distila-High for all our distilling supplies and distilling equipment.
Because we do use any pesticides on the farm, Grow Folk in Montagu helps us to combat deceases on the plant by not using pesticides.
The Pastry Place in Montagu is creating special Nougat and breads that we use in our tasting room for gin pairings and our cheese platters.
Homestead Serendipity in Montagu supply all our cold meats that we use on our platters in the tasting room.
Baruch’s Coffee Roastery in Mossel Bay has helped us with the development of our Tahlia Farm Coffee.
Schoongezight in Wellington develop and are making all our soap for us from the Prickly Pear plant and our coffee.
